All of our floor plans are the result of an elaborate collaboration between builder, architect, and consumer. We use a hands-on, walk-the-site-and-kick-the-dirt team approach to the creative process with input from the developing, marketing, and construction managers. The traditional architecture of William H. Phillips Jr., AIA, is renown in his long and distinguished career, which includes 10 years with the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation in Virginia and the restoration of the historic west wing of the White House, as well as his Southern Living magazine affiliation. It is no wonder that THC floor plans and homes have received a total of five Prism Awards.

While all of our homes have certain similar traditional features like spacious front porches and shutters, each home and floor plan has its own identity.

THE MOULTRIE

Popular Single Level Living Plus Large Bonus Room
Everyone loves the Moultrie’s big great room with its spacious nine-foot ceilings. Its floor plan is bright with single level convenience. With three bedrooms and two baths and over 2300 square feet, there is plenty of living space for an active family. THE MARION
